Workout Split works without an account or form submission. This policy explains the limited information involved when you visit the site or generate a plan.

You can browse plans, use the workout builder and download a PDF without providing your name or creating an account. We do not sell personal information or use the builder to collect health records.
2. Information processed
Like other websites, the hosting infrastructure necessarily receives technical request information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referring page and request time. Aggregated traffic or performance information may be used to maintain security, diagnose errors and understand which pages are useful.
3. Browser storage
When you generate a workout, the plan and its settings are saved in your browser under the local-storage key workout-split-state-v3. Plans saved by an earlier version of the site under the older key splitforge-state-v3 are moved to the current key the first time you return, and the old entry is then removed. This stays on your device and can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.
4. Workout builder and PDFs
Builder selections are processed in your browser. PDF generation also happens in the browser; the site does not require those selections to be submitted through an account or contact form.
5. Hosting and service providers
Hosting, security and delivery providers may process limited technical request data on our behalf. If optional analytics, advertising or additional providers are introduced, this policy will be updated before those features are treated as part of the service.
6. Your choices
You can clear local storage or stop using the website at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information. Send privacy questions to contact@onlineworkoutsplit.com.
7. Children’s privacy
Workout Split is a general-audience educational website and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information by email, contact us so it can be reviewed.
